Salary:  Monthly Stipend Ksh 25,000 - Ksh 30,000 Upon Successful Completion Of The Internship And Appointment To A Substantive Sales Position, Participants Will Receive An Improved Salary And Benefits Package In Line With The Company's Remuneration Structure.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelors Degree In Marketing, Business Management Or Related Field (Must Have Graduated Recently). 
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills. 
  • Strong Willingness To Learn, Positive Attitude, And Self Motivation. 
  • Good Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills. 
  • This Internship Is Designed To Equip Graduates With The Practical Knowledge, Leadership Skills, And Professional Competencies Required For Successful Careers In Sales. 
  • High-Performing Trainees Who Successfully Complete The Programme Will Be Considered For Appointment To Substantive Sales Officer Roles, With Enhanced Remuneration And Career Progression Opportunities.

Experience: 

  • No Prior Work Experience Is Required. 
  • Attachment Or Internship Exposure In Sales, Marketing, Or Brand Management Will Be An Added Advantage

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Participate In Structured Sales Training And Development Programmes. 
  • Support The Sales Team In Identifying And Developing New Business Opportunities. 
  • Build And Maintain Positive Relationships With Customers. 
  • Conduct Market Research And Gather Customer Insights. 
  • Assist In Executing Sales, Marketing, And Brand Activation Initiatives. 
  • Prepare Sales Reports And Maintain Accurate Customer Records. 
  • Learn And Apply The Company's Sales Processes, Products, And Customer Service Standards. 
  • Perform Other Duties Assigned As Part Of The Learning Programme.
