Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

    • Install and commission filling and labeling machines at customer sites.

    • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on FFS machines, water filling machines, linear liquid filling machines, labeling machines, coding machines, and multihead weighers.

    • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues in a timely manner.

    • Train customers on the proper operation and maintenance of machines.

    • Liaise with the sales team to provide technical support and guidance to clients.

    • Maintain accurate records of service visits, machine performance, and spare parts inventory.

    • Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and policies.

    • Provide timely responses to emergency service requests and perform on-site repairs as needed.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

    • Previous experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar role, specifically with liquid filling and labeling machines.

    • Strong technical knowledge of FFS, water filling, linear liquid filling, labeling, coding machines (CIJ, TIJ, and laser), and multihead weighers.

    • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and software issues.

    • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Willingness to travel frequently for on-site service.

    • Valid driver’s license.
