Newark Frontiers Limited is a credit only microfinance institution that offers financial solutions to small and medium enterprises (SME).

The company is recruiting for serious individuals for the position of Team leader.

Job Summary

Lead, support and motivate the sales team for the achievement of branch targets, customer satisfaction and long-term goals in line with the company vision and values. They oversee customer applications, approvals, loan disbursement and their collections.

Duties and Responsibilities

a) Prepares financial breakdown and analysis for branch

b) Manages and supervises employees; responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership

c) Maintains and oversees all procedures and processes

d) Overseeing approvals of loans, lines of credit, and other fiscal plans

e) Assisting with customer service and satisfaction

f) Marketing branch within the community to attract business

g) Records and researches all financial information for analysis

h) Documents and interprets complicated financial information for clients

i) Advises on procedures and implementation of policies

j) Forecasts and plans according to company objective

k) Growing branch’s number of accounts

Qualification and Skills

a) Must have demonstrated leadership skills

b) Must have served in a team leader position for more than 1year.

c) A Degree or Diploma holder in a business-related field.

d) Must have a good performance track in their current market for 3 consecutive cycles.

e) Good communication skills.

f) Computer literate

g) Should be aggressive and have high levels of integrity.
