Key Responsibilities
Make inbound and outbound calls to new and existing clients.
Explain products/services and convert leads into active users.
Promote offers, bonuses, and new features to customers.
Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in company systems.
Handle customer inquiries and escalate where necessary.
Share basic weekly performance reports.
Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory: Previous experience in a betting company and/or casino
Minimum 1 year in telesales or telemarketing
Strong persuasive and communication skills
Excellent phone handling and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Google Workspace
