JOB SUMMARY
Location: Kenya (On-site) Schedule: 45 hours per week Training: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Kenya Time) Operations: Monday to Saturday, 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Kenya Time)Days Off: Sunday + 1 weekday Skills & Qualifications: 6–12 months of sales and customer service experience Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills Retention/sales experience is a plus Consistent employment history Tech-savvy (must) Ability to handle confidential information with discretionSpanish language is a plus Excellent verbal communication, grammar, and tone
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities: ✔ Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner ✔ Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information, exceeding expectations ✔ Identify root causes of issues through probing questions and offer solutions ✔ Maintain product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service ✔ Guide customers through next steps using reference tools and support materials ✔ Explain complex processes clearly over the phone ✔ Articulate product features and comparisons to ensure customer satisfaction
