Project Management:

Project Planning: Develop a detailed project plan that includes timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.

Project Execution: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the tokenization project, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

Post Implementation support: draft the BAU operational process post implementation 

 

Technical Implementation

System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of the tokenization solution with existing banking systems and infrastructure.

Data Security: Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive customer data during the tokenization process.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the tokenization solution functions as intended and meets all security and performance requirements.

Deployment: Manage the deployment of the tokenization solution across Bank’s platforms.

Post Deployment Support: ensure implementing the BAU post implementation operational process

Regulatory Compliance:

Compliance Review: Ensure the tokenization solution complies with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Audit Support: Provide support for internal and external audits related to the tokenization project.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all compliance-related activities and decisions

 

Training and Support:

Employee Training: Develop and deliver training programs for Bank employees to ensure they understand the tokenization process and can effectively use the new technology.

Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support to address any issues that arise during and after the implementation of the tokenization solution.

User Manuals and Guides: Create detailed user manuals and guides to assist employees in using the tokenization system.
