JOB SUMMARY
Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree and/or Diploma in Logistics and/or Transport/Fleet Management from a reputable institution Proficiency in transport management system and Microsoft officeMinimum of 2 years’ proven experience in Fleet ManagementValid driving license plus Motor vehicle mechanical knowledgeCompetent in Record Keeping, coordination and reportingKnowledge of relevant transport & traffic regulationsHonesty and integrityExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinating transport for institution’s staff and guests by handling all requests and bookingsSupervising outsourced drivers and ensuring they are up to the tasks given.Ensuring that each transport request is booked for facilitationAllocation of drivers to various assignmentsSourcing for extra cars when neededResponsible for generating and submitting reports to departments for them to generate their transport usageGenerating and submitting transport reports to finance for payment processingEnsuring institution vehicles are repaired as requiredResponding to any/all queries directed to the transport officeProviding solutions to complaints and ensuring good customer service when resolving them
