Basic BookkeeperWe're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Basic Bookkeeper to join our team! If you have asolid grasp of QuickBooks Online and enjoy ensuring financial accuracy, this role is for you. You'llplay a key part in maintaining our financial records and supporting our daily operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do1. Bank Reconciliations: Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations to ensure alltransactions match between our bank statements and QuickBooks Online.2. Credit Card Reconciliations: Reconcile credit card statements, verifying all charges andpayments are correctly recorded in QuickBooks Online.3. Categorize Transactions: Precisely categorize financial transactions within QuickBooksOnline, assigning them to the appropriate accounts.4. Data Entry: Enter various financial data into QuickBooks Online, ensuring accuracy andcompleteness.5. Communication: Send professional emails and make necessary phone calls to gatherinformation, clarify discrepancies, or follow up on transactions.6. Record Keeping: Maintain organized digital and/or physical financial records.7. Support: Assist with other general administrative and bookkeeping tasks as needed tosupport the finance team and overall office operations.
