A large international company is looking for a French-speaking Call Center Manager to join our office-based team in Kenya.
We are looking for a responsible and communicative professional with call-center experience who can effectively interact with customers, work with CRM systems, and maintain a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Inform customers about company promotions, bonuses, and special offers;
* Handle both inbound and outbound customer communications;
* Maintain a high standard of customer service;
* Work with CRM systems and internal databases;
* Process customer requests and inquiries;
* Monitor the quality of customer communications;
* Achieve KPI targets and call-center performance metrics;
* Prepare reports based on work results;
* Cooperate with internal company departments.
Candidate Requirements
* Fluent French language skills (spoken and written);
* English level: Intermediate or higher;
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center;
* Experience working with CRM systems;
* Strong communication and customer service skills;
* Responsibility, stress resistance, and organizational skills;
* Ability to work effectively in a team;
* Experience in an international company will be considered an advantage.
