JOB SUMMARY
TWL and Maxxis by TWL Kenya is searching for a Customer Experience Guide who can turn first-time walk-ins into loyal, returning customers. You'll be the go-to person for guiding clients to the right tyres, batteries, autoglass, and lubricants blending sharp product knowledge with genuine warmth.
