Reports to: Collections Manager

Qualifications:

· Diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.

· 1-year proven Debt Collection/recovery expertise

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Agent to join Collections department who will be responsible for collecting aged loans and giving reports.

Key Responsibilities

· Aged Loan Collections: Contact & collect clients with aged loans as per the vintages provided by the Collections Manager.

· Debt Collection Expertise: Proven experience in debt collection, preferably in financial services or microfinance.

· Regulatory Compliance: Demonstrate understanding of debt collection processes and regulations ensuring all activities adhere to legal and ethical standards

· Fieldwork and client relationship management: utilize strong fieldwork skills and cultivate positive client relationships to facilitate effective collections and maintain a professional company image.

· Employ strong negotiation and persuasive communication techniques to achieve successful repayment agreements.

· Maintain the highest standards of trustworthiness and ethical conduct in all interactions and responsibilities.

· Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders

· Working independently and managing time efficiently to meet targets
