Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with at least 2 years of experience to manage day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, performance management, HR administration, and compliance while helping create a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and off boarding processes.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by maintaining attendance, leave, and employee data.
  • Administer employee benefits and respond to employee queries.
  • Support performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS as required.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Executive, HR Generalist, or similar role.
  • Good understanding of recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and HR operations.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
