JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications and Experiencea. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, or a related field.b. CHRP (Certified Human Resource Professional) qualification is an added advantage.c. Membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) is desirable.d. Minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resources, preferably in a retail, FMCG, or multi-branch environment.e. Experience using HRIS and payroll systemsResponsibilitiesa. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction.b. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.c. Monitor attendance, leave, and other employee movements.d. Prepare payroll inputs and support monthly payroll processing.e. Coordinate employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes and grievance handling.f. Support performance management, probation reviews, and employee confirmations.g. Coordinate employee training, engagement, and welfare initiatives.h. Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.i. Prepare periodic HR reports and support HR audits.j.
