Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities.
- Support learners' cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess and monitor children's progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
- Prepare learning materials and classroom resources.
- Promote positive behavior and classroom discipline.
- Participate in school events and professional development activities.
- Adhere to safeguarding and child protection policies.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Education (ECDE option preferred).
- Experience in IGCSE curriculum – Cambridge/Pearson Edexcel.
- Must be TSC registered.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Good ICT skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues and pupils.
- Clean child protection record.
- Excellent curriculum and classroom management knowledge & skills.
- Experience handling candidate classes is preferable.
