Responsible for overseeing and coordinating security operations, personnel, and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the organization’s premises, employees, clients, visitors, and assets. The role involves supervising security officers, conducting regular inspections, responding to incidents and maintaining security standards.
Job descriptions & requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a security supervisory role.
Certificate or Diploma in Security Management, Criminology, or a related field is an added advantage.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of security procedures and risk management.
Ability to handle emergencies and work effectively under pressure.
Good report-writing and record-keeping skills.
High level of integrity, discipline, alertness, and professionalism.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays where required.
Valid security-related certification/licence where applicable.
