Zaria Centre is seeking an exceptional leader to oversee our Westlands and Kilimani branches and drive the next phase of our growth.

We are looking for a systems thinker who can build a high-performing organization using 𝗘𝗥𝗣 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀, 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮, 𝗞𝗣𝗜𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘀 to improve efficiency, sales, customer experience, and profitability.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Lead and coordinate operations across both branches.

• Implement and optimize ERP and other digital business systems.

• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports.

• Drive sales, productivity, and operational excellence.

• Build efficient processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Lead, coach, and hold teams accountable for results.

• Improve customer experience and service quality.

• Identify growth opportunities and execute strategic initiatives.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

•  Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, IT, Finance, or a related field.
•  At least 5 years' experience managing multi-site operations.
•  Strong understanding of ERP systems and business process automation.
•  Experience using data and performance metrics to drive decisions.
•  Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
•  Proven ability to build systems that scale a growing business.
