Sales Executive (For A Corporate Branding, Advertising And Signage Company)

Salary:  Kshs. 45,000 - 55,000 (Retainer Salary) Plus Performance Based Sales Commissions Plus Company Benefits

Experience:  At Least 2 To 3 Years Sales Experience, Preferably In Branding, Signage, Advertising, Printing, Or A Related Industry.

Requirements: 

• Diploma Or Bachelors Degree In Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. 
  
• Professional Sales Training Is An Added Advantage. 
  
• Proven Record Of Achieving Or Exceeding Sales Targets.

Responsibilities: - 

• Identify And Pursue New Sales Opportunities Through Cold Calling, Networking, Referrals, And Market Research. 
  
• Meet Prospective Clients To Understand Their Branding And Signage Requirements. 
  
• Prepare And Present Quotations, Proposals, And Sales Presentations. 
  
• Negotiate Prices, Contract Terms, And Project Timelines Within Company Guidelines. 
  
• Achieve Monthly, Quarterly, And Annual Sales Targets. 
  
• Build And Maintain Long-Term Relationships With Existing Clients To Encourage Repeat Business. 
  
• Coordinate With The Design, Production, And Installation Teams To Ensure Projects Are Delivered According To Client Requirements. 
  
• Follow Up On Quotations And Convert Leads Into Confirmed Sales. 
  
• Maintain Accurate Records Of Customer Interactions, Sales Activities, And Pipeline Opportunities. 
  
• Prepare Weekly And Monthly Sales Reports For Management. 
  
• Attend Client Meetings, Exhibitions, Trade Shows, And Networking Events To Promote Company Services. 
  
• Monitor Competitors, Market Trends, And Customer Needs. 
  
• Handle Customer Complaints Professionally And Ensure Timely Resolution. 
  
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction Throughout The Sales And Project Delivery Process. 
  
• Assist In Debt Collection By Following Up On Outstanding Customer Payments When Required. 
  
• Promote The Companys Full Range Of Products And Services, Including: Indoor And Outdoor Signage, Vehicle Branding, Wall Graphics, Office Branding, Digital Printing, Promotional Materials And Fabrication & Installation Services.
