JOB SUMMARY
QualificationsA degree in IT, computer science, Telecommunication or Electrical Engineering3 years working experience relevant to the roleStrong database skills including MySQL, PostgreSQL.Software development skills; Java or python programmingStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Team player.Organized and detail oriented.Experience of Huawei Convergent Billing System (CBS) will be an added advantage.Knowledge of GSM technologiesKnowledge of Machine learning, Robotic Process Automation and Cloud technologies will be an added advantage.System analysis and design is an added advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES
Uphold the company code of conduct, policies and procedures, ensuring integrity and accountability in every aspect of your workParticipate in Product development life cycle activities while achieving faster time to market.Translate business and customer requirements into technology requirements to meet current and future business needs.Operation and maintenance of CCS and billing platforms.Reviews and contribute to the test cases and optimal designs for existing and new services.Research, review and recommend emerging technologies and innovative customer solutions and liaise with stakeholders for technology adoption.Participate in deployment and quality assurance through execution of Unit testing, SITs and supporting the UATS of new products & services.Dedicated to delivering accurate, high-quality products & Services and ensuring every customer issue is thoroughly resolved.Identify and resolve customer pain points related to charging and billingĀ Brings energy and passion to teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.Take part in initiatives to automate and digitize processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.
