RESPONSIBILITIES

💬 What You’ll Do: Handle calls and live chats with professionalism and care Manage up to 2 chats simultaneously, responding quickly and accurately Use templates to streamline communicationSolve customer issues related to orders, accounts, and productsOffer solutions like refunds or replacements when neededKeep detailed records and collaborate with your team to exceed goals
