● Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail sales management or a related field.
● Demonstrated management experience in reputable organizations.
● Strong foundation in Human Resource Management, Accounting, and Digital Marketing.
● Proven ability to leverage digital platforms and online marketing strategies to drive sales and brand growth.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
● Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
● Oversee and coordinate daily operations across all retail branches.
● Develop and implement business, sales, and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
● Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance guidance to all staff.
● Manage financial planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.
● Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory obligations.
● Supervise HR functions, including recruitment, training, appraisals, and employee relations.
● Oversee digital marketing initiatives, social media presence, and online campaigns to enhance brand visibility and sales.
● Monitor sales performance, customer trends, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth.
● Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction across all outlets.
● Oversee inventory management and supplier relationships to ensure operational efficiency.
● Report directly to the Managing Director on business performance, challenges, and emerging opportunities.
