RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve set secondary sales targets (volume and value) by strictly adhering to setjourney plans to deliver maximum distribution of our products at the retail end.Attend to walk-in customers and handle all inbound sales inquiries.Understand customer needs, provide accurate product information, and recommendsuitable solutions.Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up to ensure timely delivery.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking opportunities to up sell or cross-sell.Update and maintain sales records, customer databases, and order logs.Collaborate with the sales team, warehouse, and logistics for smooth operations.Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.Ensure a high standard of customer service and professionalismat all times.Ensure quality execution of the sales drivers, availability, affordability, accessibilityand activation.Ensure distribution is achieved in assigned territory through achieving set customercall rate coverage targets, number of new outlets as well as expansion of portfolioavailability.
