Job Title: Landscaping Technician
Location: Nakuru
Key Responsibilities
● Maintain lawns, gardens, hedges, flowers, and trees.
● Plant, water, fertilize, and prune vegetation.
● Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
● Install and maintain pathways, paving blocks, and garden features.
● Keep outdoor areas clean, safe, and attractive.
● Carry out irrigation system maintenance and minor repairs.
● Perform general maintenance tasks as assigned.
● Assist in setting up outdoor facilities and landscaping projects.
● Observe safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
Qualifications and Skills
● Certificate or Diploma in Landscaping, Horticulture, or a related field is an added
advantage.
● At least one (1) year of relevant work experience.
● Practical skills in either carpentry, masonry, or plumbing are highly desirable.
● Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, brush cutters, and hedge trimmers.
● Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
● Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
● Honest, reliable, and self-motivated.
Added Advantage
● Applicants with hands-on experience in carpentry, masonry, or plumbing will be given preference.
