The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Lead Direct Outreach Specialist to spearhead our client acquisition and engagement initiatives. This role is key to strengthening M365Consults' market presence by developing personalized outreach strategies that inspire action and build lasting partnerships. Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute direct outreach campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Create persuasive scripts and copy for calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages that convert leads into opportunities.
• Lead and optimize email marketing campaigns with personalized, high-impact content.
• Collaborate with website and UI/UX designers to craft compelling digital copy aligned with our brand's tone and outreach objectives.
• Develop imaginative strategies to position M365Consults' value proposition, crafted so effectively that even simple ideas become irresistible offers.
  

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in telemarketing, email marketing, and LinkedIn marketing, ideally within the European technology or Microsoft ecosystem.
• Proven ability to write convincing, conversion-focused marketing copy supported by a strong portfolio.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural talent for influencing and building relationships.
• Strategic, proactive, and creative mindset with a laser focus on measurable outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with design and digital teams to refine messaging across platforms.
