To strengthen our product management function, we are seeking a self-driven Product Manager to join our team. The role will play a key part in ensuring our products are strategically positioned for growth, aligned with customer needs, and delivered with excellence across their lifecycle. The Product Manager will provide strategic direction, leadership, and cross-functional coordination to drive high-impact product initiatives. The role is responsible for overseeing product strategy, performance, and continuous improvement, and recommending actionable improvements that enhance customer experience, product-market fit, and commercial outcomes. This position requires a highly skilled, data-driven product manager who can work collaboratively across departments to strengthen execution, alignment, and innovation within the product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
A. Product Strategy
Responsibilities
- Define and champion multi-year product strategy, vision, and goals aligned to business objectives.
- Lead market discovery: competitive analysis, customer research, regulatory trend mapping.
- Translate strategy into clear product roadmaps with business cases, value hypotheses, and measurable outcomes.
- Own prioritization frameworks for the portfolio (RICE, MoSCoW, value/effort scoring).
- Mentor and guide junior Product Managers on product discovery, delivery, and stakeholder management.
- Drive alignment across engineering, operations, sales, compliance, and leadership teams.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (PCI-DSS, AML, GDPR, data privacy) is embedded in design and execution.

2. Product Delivery, Operations & Execution Excellence
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery-to-launch process, ensuring strong documentation.
- Oversee product development cadence, backlog management, sprint planning, and release coordination.
- Drive operational efficiency through process improvements, automation opportunities, and scalable workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering and DevOps to ensure product scalability, performance, availability, and stability.
- Resolve complex product issues and escalate risks proactively.

3. Product Analytics, Reporting & Insights
Responsibilities
Define and track KPIs: engagement, retention, activation, funnel metrics, NPS, churn, adoption.
Lead product performance dashboards and executive reporting.
Conduct root-cause analysis using data insights to guide iteration and strategic decisions.
Ensure customer feedback loops are robust, surveys, interviews, support ticket analysis, usage data.

Clear reporting on product health, risks, and opportunities.
Consistent customer feedback integration into the roadmap.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–8+ years of experience in Product Management (preferably in fintech, payments, or SaaS).
- Proven track record of launching and scaling successful digital products.
- Experience leading junior PMs and leading cross-functional product development teams.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of software development, APIs, data flows, native and applications.
- Experience with analytics and product measurement tools.
- Skilled with documentation and visualization tools (Miro, Figma, JIRA, Confluence).
Leadership & Personal Qualities
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- High ownership, bias for action, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder influence skills.
