JOB SUMMARY

The Treasury Manager will be based in Kenya and will be reporting directly to the International Treasurer.He/She will serve as a vital member of the International Treasury Team. This role necessitates close collaboration with regional teams and international business units spanning Asia, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America, as well as the Allied Universal and Treasury team. A primary responsibility will be to lead the provision of support and guidance on all Treasury-related matters for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Regions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Regional Treasury support for EMEA Regions● Arranging local financing facilities so that each country has appropriate cash, FX, guaranteeand related Treasury facilities● Working with banks regionally● Support the quarterly Treasury Information Survey process for all Regions● Support issuance and renewal of letters of credit under the International Treasury centralfacilities● Supporting the wider International Treasury team, including inputting and approving payments● Providing cover for Treasury Operations when required● Support wider project work within the International Treasury team when required.● Sharing best practice across the Regional teams, driving a culture of continuous improvement● Working with and supporting senior management in the region, Tax and Finance as required● Working with the operational teams to enforce Treasury Policy, influencing key stakeholders toensure compliance● Provide data analysis and identify key trends to drive better insights and decision making
