JOB SUMMARY
RequirementsExperience: 3-5 years in solar engineering with a proven track record in developing technical proposals for bids.License: Valid EPRA T3 certificationExpert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, and MS Office Suite.In-depth knowledge of app modules, Inverters, BESS components, and SLDsExperience in responding to International RFPs/tenders (World Bank, UN agencies, etc.)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the detail design of Solar PV, BESS, and Solar water pumping systems for tender submissionOptimising Performance:conduct performance simulations and yield analysis using industry-standard software (PV systems, PV Sol, HomerPro)undertake or contribute to feasibility studies, engineering design, and Energy yield assessmentPrepare, review, and compile high-quality technical proposals, bid documents, and client requirements.

REQUIRED EDUCATION
Diploma, Associate's degree
