We are a premium boutique accommodation provider operating several exclusive villas within an upmarket region in Nairobi. Our properties deliver an authentic guest sanctuary for international travelers, corporate clients, and long-stay visitors. We pride ourselves on precision service, high operational efficiency, and a warm, memorable experience that serves as a home away from home. We are seeking an exceptional, highly presentable, and articulate individual to steer our property operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Growth
● Manage online booking channels, optimize property visibility, and track digital guest reviews.
● Upsell property experiences, meals, airport transfers, and tailored event packages.
● Build sustainable relationships with corporate clients, tour operators, and long-stay guests.
Operational Leadership
● Supervise, motivate, and coordinate housekeeping, kitchen, security, and maintenance teams.
● Maintain strict quality control across rooms, linens, gardens, and bathrooms.
● Manage shift rosters, attendance tracking, and internal communication windows.
Financial and Procurement Integrity
● Manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and track real-time and projected occupancy and revenues.
● Enforce strict compliance with payment rules
● Minimize wastage and optimize utility costs to enhance overall property profitability.

Guest Relations and Experience
● Deliver welcoming, professional customer service that makes guests feel personally valued.
● Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and complaints fast and with absolute diplomacy.
● Personalize guest stays, maintaining discretion and standard protocols for diplomatic and corporate clientele.
Property Maintenance and Safety
● Notice repair and structural issues early to coordinate preventive maintenance.
● Ensure all security protocols, and safety infrastructure meet premium standards.
Required Attributes
● Proven management experience within a boutique hotel, luxury villa cluster, or premium guest house setup.
● Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to maintain discipline and motivate teams.
● Strong independent problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under high pressure.
● Highly proactive and self-motivated with a strong passion for hospitality hosting.
● Absolute personal integrity with a clean track record in financial and asset management.
● Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
● High flexibility and willingness to respond to late check-ins or operational emergencies outside standard hours.
● Diverse network, especially among the diplomatic community.
● Fluency in French is highly desired and an added advantage.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in a hospitality discipline from a recognized university.
● CPA Part I or an equivalent financial qualification from a recognized institution.
● Sales and Marketing certification.
● At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
