Job Description/Requirements
Location: Nairobi
Salary: KES 26,000 per month
Industry: Hospitality / Hotel
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, cocktails, and other beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Interact with guests in a polite and professional manner
- Recommend drinks and upsell menu items
- Monitor stock levels and request supplies when needed
- Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Assist with inventory and daily reports
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certificate or diploma in hospitality, mixology, or barista training
- At least 1 year of experience in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of drink recipes and brewing techniques
- Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented personality
