Department: Administration / Front Office
We are seeking a mature, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage front office operations and support administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling office communication, record management, and ensuring efficient day-to-day office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
● Receive and attend to visitors professionally and courteously.
● Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
● Maintain proper filing systems (both hard copy and digital records).
● Perform accurate data entry and maintain updated office records.
● Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents as required.
● Manage office schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
● Ensure proper organization of office documents and records.
● Support administration with clerical duties.
● Handle incoming and outgoing mail and dispatch.
Qualifications:
● Diploma or below in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Office
Administration, or related field.
● Strong computer proficiency, especially in:
○ Microsoft Excel
○ Spreadsheets
○ Word processing
● Typing speed of not less than 40 words per minute.
● Excellent filing, record-keeping, and organizational skills.
● Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
Experience:
● At least 3 years in a similar administrative or front office role.
