Position Overview
St. Bakhita Schools is seeking to recruit a highly organized, innovative, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Administration Officer to join our team.
This is a dynamic dual-function role that combines executive administrative support with digital marketing and corporate communications. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director while driving the school's digital presence, strengthening brand visibility, supporting student recruitment, and enhancing stakeholder engagement through strategic communication.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
· Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Managing Director.
· Manage the MD's diary, appointments, meetings, and official calendar, ensuring effective scheduling and timely reminders.
· Coordinate Senior Management Team (SMT) meetings, including preparing agendas, recording accurate minutes, and following up on action points.
· Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
· Support the planning and coordination of institutional events, meetings, and executive engagements.
Digital Marketing & Communications
· Develop and implement digital marketing initiatives that promote the school's programmes, achievements, and brand.
· Create engaging content for the school's social media platforms, website, newsletters, and other digital communication channels.
· Support digital campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, community engagement, and student enrolment.
· Ensure consistency in the school's visual identity, messaging, and branding across all communication platforms.
· Stay informed of emerging digital marketing trends and recommend innovative approaches to strengthen the school's online presence.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should possess:
· A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
· A minimum of three (3) years' relevant experience in executive administration, communications, digital marketing, or a similar role.
· Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms, website content, and digital marketing campaigns.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, website Content Management Systems (CMS), and digital marketing tools.
· Applicants should be between 32 and 45 years of age.
