RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities• Plan and deliver age appropriate lessons and learning activities• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment• Observe and assess learners progress and development regularly• Maintain accurate learner records and portfolios• Support learners social skills, emotional wellbeing, and positive behavior• Use play based and learner centered teaching approaches• Prepare learning materials and organize classroom resources• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians on learner progress• Ensure learners safety, hygiene, and wellbeing at all times• Participate in school meetings, trainings, and co curricular activities
