This role requires a seasoned expert to lead and manage the development of high-quality annotated datasets, which are instrumental in training state-of-the-art machine learning models. You will work directly with our clients and platform partners to oversee production processes, train annotation personnel, and ensure rigorous adherence to guidelines and quality standards. This position requires comprehensive expertise in data annotation methodologies, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of machine learning workflows.A must have to be considered:A working personal laptop (Please note this will be verified while shortlisting)An internet connection of 15 MBPS and aboveApplications will be reviewed on a rolling basis therefore the sooner you apply the better.Our recruitment process is as below:Screening and Shortlisting - Our recruitment team reviews applications to shortlist candidates who meet the basic qualifications.Skill Test - Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a relevant skill assessment.Interview - Successful candidates from the skill test will be invited for an interview with the hiring manager and possibly other team members.Background Check - Final candidates will undergo a background check before receiving an offer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead a team of about 30 membersRun day to day operationsManage governance. Ensure Process adherenceMentoring and guidanceBe able to achieve high program health by taking charge of the responsibilities end to end real timeMeet/exceed the defined targets for the team (Productivity, Quality, SLA, Efficiency and Utilization)Tracking and reporting attendance and availabilityUpdating process/operations reportIdentify process gaps & improvementsAre able to manage multiple responsibilities along with Core dutiesCommunicate effectively with peers and stakeholdersSuggest improvements to tools or processesWork closely with analysts, program managers to do data deep dives, look for patterns, red flags w.r.t. operations Work closely with program managers to drive strategic objectives to cross/upskill the team, achieve quality & production targets, optimize/automate operational processesBasic Skills and Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline and overall work experience1+ years experience leading a team, directly managing othersGood working knowledge of MS Office/Google Suite (Excel/Docs/ Spreadsheets/ Slides)Basic knowledge of data analysis and Root Cause AnalysisProficient in verbal and written communication in EnglishQuick learner and able to guide and govern the team with minimal supervisionSelf-starter - you learn independently and stay motivated with limited directionStartup energy and hustle - you are comfortable quickly adapting as we build the projectTeam playerYou need to have your own computer and functioning internetPreferred Qualifications: Previous work experience in leading a team in BPOs, customer service or support environment.Have successfully worn multiple hats as a leader in leading a time size of ~30 members.
