We are looking to recruit.

Audit Trainee

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce;

• Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any other relevant degree (Must have graduated within the last 2 years/ completed their coursework and awaiting graduation in 2025)

• Pursuing CPA Part 1 & 2

Tax Trainee

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce; Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any other relevant degree (Must have graduated within the last 2 years/ completed their coursework and awaiting graduation in 2025)

• Diploma in Tax Administration is an added advantage.

• Have a particular interest in tax specialization

Accounts Trainee

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce; Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any other relevant degree (Must have graduated within the last 2 years/ completed their coursework and awaiting graduation in 2025)

• Pursuing CPA Part 1 & 2

• Have an interest in accounting specialization.

Corporate Finance Trainee

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce; Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any other relevant degree (Must have graduated within the last 2 years/ completed their coursework and awaiting graduation in 2025)

• CIFA/CPA Part 1 & 2

Marketing Trainee

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields. (Must have graduated within the last 2 years or completed coursework and are awaiting graduation in 2025)

• A professional certificate in Marketing (CIM) is an added advantage

• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva).

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.

Skills Required

Successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to:

• Communicate effectively.

• Collaborate to achieve common goals.

• Think creatively and solve problems.

• Be self-motivated and take initiative.

• Show eagerness to learn and grow.

• Commute daily to and from Nairobi and its environs for the 12-month program.
